Evidence suggests a laboratory accident as a corona origin

For almost a year, the University of Hamburg analyzed the cause of the pandemic. Now it is presenting evidence that suggests that Corona is not a natural event.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and other official bodies are consistently stifling the debate about the origin of the corona. The fact that the cause of the pandemic could be a laboratory accident at the virological institute in Wuhan has been ruled out again and again. The study published on Thursday by the University of Hamburg under the direction of Prof. Dr. Roland Wiesendanger fell like a bomb: The result is that “both the amount and the quality of the evidence for a laboratory accident at the virological institute in Wuhan speak as the cause of the current pandemic.”

The most important arguments: Since to date no animal has been identified from which the virus could have been transmitted to humans, the theory that the origin of the pandemic came about in this way has “no sound scientific basis”. In addition, no bats were offered in the well-known fish market in Wuhan, but the virological institute of the city of Wuhan has one of the world’s largest collections of bat pathogens. The institute also had “significant safety deficiencies” and the first infected person is said to have been a scientist at the institute.

In the scientific literature it is also proven that a research group at the virological institute of the city of Wuhan has carried out genetic manipulations on coronaviruses for years with the aim of making them more contagious, dangerous and deadly for humans.

The interdisciplinary study was carried out from January to December 2020 using a wide variety of research methods. The evidence presented makes such a laboratory accident by far the most likely hypothesis. But the WHO is not interested in such debates, any more than governments that do not want to mess with Beijing. Even the designation of the corona virus as “Chinese virus” – geographically completely correct – did not catch on.

This question of the origin is extremely relevant: on the one hand because it shows China’s role in this pandemic and the danger posed by the cover-up in Beijing, but above all because this question is important for dealing with this and preventing further pandemics.

“This can no longer only be a matter for a small group of scientists, but must urgently become the subject of a public debate,” said project leader Wiesendanger.
