Ariel Robinson, a black BLM activist from South Carolina, is charged with killing her three-year-old adopted white daughter Victoria with her husband Jerry. Both have been arrested for committing murder.
Ariel Robinson is a South Carolina black BLM activist and something of a celebrity in her home community. She won first prize on the TV show “Worst Cooks in America” and then – unsuccessfully – tried a career in comedy. Ariel Robinson also used her dubious fame to spread hateful tirades against “the supremacy of the white race in the US” on social media. White people, Robinson said, are all racists and potential terrorists across the board. She herself has joined the BLM movement and is leading her own struggle against “white privilege,” wrote Robinson.
Now she is being held without bond, as is her husband Jerry. She is charged with the murder of her three-year-old white adoptive daughter, Victoria Smith, with her husband.
According to a press release from the Simpsonville Police Department in South Carolina, a young girl was admitted to Prisma Health Richland Hospital and pronounced dead shortly afterwards. During the autopsy of the child, the police report found that “the victim’s death was the direct result of physical abuse.” The three-year-old Victoria was “killed by repeated blunt force trauma”.
Both Ariel Robinson and Jerry Robinson are being held separately in the Greenville County Detention Center. If convicted, the Robinsons could be sentenced to 20 years in prison.
